Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY)

Fully Drawn yarn is produced from the melting and extrusion (melt spinning) of the polyester chip or flake. The yarn is produced at high spinning speeds coupled with intermediate drawing integrated in the process itself. This allows stabilization through orientation and crystallization.

Partially Oriented Yarn (POY)

POY is produced from the melting and extrusion (melt spinning) of the polyester chip or flake. The term partially oriented yarn refers to multi-filament that is only partially stretched and has higher elongation to make it suitable for further downstream drawing and setting..

Twisted/Doubled Polyster Yarns

Twist is the spiral arrangement of the fibres around the axis of the yarn. The twist binds the fibres together and also contributes to the strength of the yarn. The amount of twist inserted in a yarn defines the appearance and the strength of the yarn.

Draw Texturised Yarn (DTY)

Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY) is a type of polyester filament yarn produced by processing POY through a texturing process. This process disperses, curls and entangles the filaments composing the POY yarn, which gives DTY a fluffy appearance and gives it the properties of both natural and synthetic fibre.

High Bulk and Carpet Yarns

Cabling and High Bulking are processes to convert multi filament yarns suitable for applications where coarser deniers are required. We have latest cabling and high bulking machines to produce high quality Dope Dyed/Melt Dyed yarns for various floor covering applications
