Silkolite® manufactures dope-dyed and engineered polyester filament yarns designed for reliable colour, smooth processing, and performance across diverse textile applications. From shade matching and small batch trials to large-scale production, we support customers with the flexibility to innovate and the capacity to scale.
Silkolite® is the specialty yarn division of Pioneer Embroideries Limited, a diversified textile group founded in 1991. The company expanded into dope-dyed polyester filament yarns in 2005, with the Silkolite yarn division beginning production in 2007.
Today, Silkolite® serves domestic and international textile markets with polyester filament yarns used across apparel, home textiles, floor coverings, automotive textiles, industrial fabrics, and technical textile applications.
Silkolite® combines advanced manufacturing technology with in-house colour, masterbatch, R&D, and quality control systems. This gives customers better control over shade, yarn performance, delivery timelines, and product customisation.
State-of-the-art Barmag technology supports the production of FDY, POY, DTY, ATY, twisted, doubled, cabled, high bulk, carpet, and specialty yarns.
Custom shade development based on Pantone references, fabric swatches, yarn samples, and customer-specific colour standards.
