Silkolite® combines advanced manufacturing technology with
in-house colour, masterbatch, R&D, and quality control systems. This
gives customers better control over shade, yarn performance,
delivery timelines, and product customisation.
Silkolite® operates state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities equipped with advanced Barmag technology for producing dope-dyed polyester filament yarns. The integrated setup supports FDY, POY, DTY, ATY, twisted, doubled, cabled, high bulk, carpet, and specialty yarns — giving customers access to a wide range of yarn solutions from a single reliable source.
Silkolite® in-house colour laboratory enables precise shade development based on Pantone references, fabric swatches, yarn samples, or customer-specific colour standards. This helps reduce development time, improve shade accuracy, and ensure better colour repeatability across batches.
With an in-house masterbatch production unit, Silkolite® has stronger control over colour formulation and development. This backward integration helps accelerate shade matching, improves colour consistency, supports custom colour requirements, and shortens the time between sample approval and commercial production.
Silkolite® has developed a colour database of over 1700 shades, allowing customers to access a broad library of proven dope-dyed colour options. This reduces the need to start every development from scratch and helps speed up shade selection, sampling, and production planning.
Quality is monitored across key yarn parameters including denier, tensile strength, elongation, shade consistency, physical properties, and processing performance. These checks help ensure that every batch meets defined specifications before dispatch, giving customers greater confidence in production continuity.
Silkolite® follows certified quality, environmental, safety, and sustainability systems, including GRS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. These certifications and audit-ready processes support customers working with global brands, export markets, and compliance-driven supply chains.
